I can't believe that this dump is still open. It will be great when the property is sold to the Shepherds of Good Hope... the Shepherds is a step or two up from this trash pit.

Not a place for a family. Or anyone at that matter. It smells like a musty dirty diaper. If for some reason you need a nice outfit check out the thriftstore attached to hotel.
FYI this motel used the furniture donations to furnish the units.

Bed bugs, mice, terrible service, trash WiFi, says no smoking but it is all I can smell where ever I go on the motel land. I got so itchy and started receiving rashes just by sleeping for 1 night and it's the price of a hotel. The shower and TV did not work properly and the shower had a hole in the ceiling and to top it off my ceiling then was leaking all night. Don't bother with here just sleep on the streets save your money.

Trashy motel in a not so nice part of Vanier, Ottawa. Nice persons on the front desk but not good for asking about anything extra. Can be a bit dangerous around this motel area. Ladies of the night and drug dealers frequent the area. It is not rare to find needle parafinalia outside your door. I would not recommend this place for children or anyone who doesn't have a really good reason to be here. Take Care!

Gave me a place to lay down, but apart from that for $111 I got a room that smelled horribly of musty cigarette smoke especially because the room was still warm. So gross when you walk out the room and all of your clothes stink of it. Probably the shadiest neighborhood in Ottawa too. Definitely did not feel comfortable or all that safe. For that much money also, zero service. Zero. Please close your doors, and self destruct.

The staff are friendly and very helpful and the rates on the rooms are pretty decent. Unfortunately the condition of the rooms themselves are not the best. They are on the bedbug registry list, and though they do have mattress covers now, certain rooms still have slight infestations. It is worth spending the extra money to go stay elsewhere.
