The room was very small, I had booked it for my mother and grandmother. The room smelt of cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking. We decided to cancel our stay to find a new place. They would not refund even on part and within 10 minutes they had given the room to someone else. When confronted about it afterwards the man at the front desk indicated that we weren't taking it therefore he gave it to someone else. Thus, the motel made money twice for the same night on one room. Would never recommend.

My husband booked a room for my 30th Birthday.
We stayed 2 nights and absolutely loved how comfortable the bed was.. The mattress was a dream to sleep on!

The staff are really nice and honest. The owner is very compassionate of people's situations and tries to help if he can. The rooms are clean, newer AC units and bedding.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and stores and about 10 minute drive to downtown Ottawa. The staff was courteous our room was clean, love the shower and most of all the comfortable bed and pillows

Is a really good motel not too expensive and the owner is an awesome person the rooms are very very clean and this is why I rated it a four-star so if you’re looking for a good room it’s not far from Ottawa maybe a three/five minute drive from Ottawa go to The R I T Z
