I called this company to fix our furnace. These are my comments: 1) This company overcharges exorbitantly (10x) for their work. 2) The person (Alan) who came to fix our furnace was not experienced to fix furnaces. 3) Alan is rude and uncouth (he spit on our furnace when he was frustrated that he could not fix it). 4) Alan took a long time to figure out the problem and fix it. 6) Alan charges you a fee to come to your house plus his hourly service charges plus an exorbitant fee for an old part.

The following review is based on my personal experience regarding to the issues on my AC. Have been shopping around, compared at least 5 conpanies. I would say this company is very professional. Have been helped and instructed over the phone. Problem been solved later without spending any cost. Very honest. Employee is very nice, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend it.
