Gandy Installations is a large, full-service HVAC contractor based in Langley, BC. We maintain and repair a broad range of residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Our HVAC services include the installation of residential, commercial and industrial equipment. We are one of the largest forced air heating and cooling contractors in BC with more than 60 employees and a fleet of over 45 company vehicles.
Gandy Installations has been installing residential HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, hot water systems, and boilers for over 60 years. As the largest Lennox dealer in BC, we install some of the most energy-efficient heating and air conditioning systems available, conserving energy and saving you money.
Whether you need a unit heater installation in a large warehouse, a zoning system for an office space or an air conditioner for a small server room, no commercial HVAC installations are too large or too small for our technicians. We have expertise in commercial refrigeration and rooftop unit installations, and we employ Class A gas fitters.
Gandy's air duct cleaning service reduces dust levels, improves air quality and can prolong the life of your HVAC equipment by helping to keep it operating smoothly and efficiently. On average, our HVAC contractors remove five to six pounds of dust, dirt and debris during a typical Gandy air duct cleaning.
Cracks and holes in your home's air vents and duct system allow heated and cooled air to escape before reaching your rooms. While even new ductwork may look professionally installed, each metal-on-metal connection that has not been properly sealed is a point of leakage. Had the Lennox SLP99V Variable-Speed Gas Furnace installed last Friday. It heats my 65 year old ranch style 2000 sq ft house from cold in one half hour. I can’t hear it as it is totally silent. The s30 thermostat is a bit complicated. Looking forward to some gas saving. The two Gandy installers were top notch. Everything working as advertised.

I've used Gandy before. A while ago, my furnace was not working. I called the company who installed it and after inspection I was advised that I needed a new furnace! I had only replaced the furnace a few years before! I decided to call Gandy on the recommendation of a friend and all that was needed was a new heat exchanger! Recently the furnace was making an odd noise and I again called Gandy and a young man came and took care of it. I was advised at the time he was coming and he also called me to advise that he was on his way which I appreciated. He put on special coverings over his boots which

We've had Gandy do our annual furnace maintenance for many years and have always been extremely satisfied. Their technicians are always super courteous and professional and it is a pleasure to meet them. They explain everything that they have done and give us clear updates on the performance and function of our furnace. This year, we received both e-mails and phone calls to tell us when the technician was on their way and when they were within a few minutes from our house. So much better than the 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM time window that you usually get for service appointments. Highly recommend them

Gandy Installations came to our rescue again, this time installing a new furnace. I recommend this company very highly. Ethan and Brent did the installation of the high efficiency furnace and condensate pump, installed new vents to the outdoors and managed to install the new thermostat in the perfect location (that I thought they'd never be able to get to).
