Set up & Take Down? We will work with your venue to ensure sufficient set up time and arrange take down after your event. We assure proper take down and removal procedures as part of our service. You imagine it, we set it up and tear it down. How will I know what it will look like? We welcome you to visit our showroom by appointment to preview a mock set up before the date of your event.
Thank you for your well wishes, and everything was absolutely perfect decoration wise on our wedding day. Everyone absolutely loved the decorations they thought it was classic and very elegant with the subtle hints of pink in the floral centerpieces. Laura, Sharon and the team work miracles for our orientation event at the UBC Sauder School of Business every year! Every September our event takes on a different theme - amusement park, tropical island and this year was camping. One phone call to the Imagine That Events Team with our theme and our budget and they deliver us the coolest props and decor to bring our theme to life! They take care of everything from sourcing the items, planning, set up and take down, and always at a really reasonable price. I've had a couple experiences with Imagine That Events (both virtual due to COVID) - each time they really delivered an amazing experience. Honestly, I find myself inundated with Zoom meetings and resulting Zoom fatigue. I wasn't expecting a ton the first time, but I was thoroughly entertained and engaged at the online party. Then the second time, again, I thought "well, what's going to be different, it's still Zoom" and well I suppose I just enjoy being proved wrong. Thank you, Laura and Imagine That Events for both these great times. I can't wait for the next one!

Just had our second corporate event arranged by Imagine That Events this season! They truly were lifesavers! I wasn't sure how our holiday parties would look like this year, or if we could successfully have any at all. They handled all the details, logistics and technology, managing everything including virtual hosting, gift package deliveries (to our entire staff spread out across the lower mainland), and arranging a very engaging team trivia game.
They really took care of everything from the party platform to coordinating the entertainment to ensuring all the audio-visual needs were managed

I can’t say enough about the team at Imagine That Events. As a fellow vendor, they are a dream to work with. They are super creative, thoughtful planners who always get the job done. They are able to balance budget with big picture vision, by creating events with panache that are executable. Extra value, since they can look after the decor or planning, or both.

The DJ , photography, and flower vendors that Sharon arranged for my wedding day were high quality as they all went above and belong my expectations. Sharon and her crew did an excellent job with the setup at my ceremony and reception. I strongly recommend Sharon and her crew if anyone needs event planning.

I always thought event planners were only hired for large events. I have seen Laura work her magic on small gatherings, and realized that a party planner for casual events makes so much sense!! Her energy and creativity will turn any family gathering or business meeting in a memorable experience. Our networking group crab dinner this week was unique, simple and out of this world fabulous.
