Worst Nail Experience Ever
TLDR: I clearly asked for a gel powder set 3x that was advertised in store and online for $45. I was charged $70 and they refused to refund me, saying they upgraded me without my… consent.
I made the mistake of going here even after all the bad reviews.
I went here years ago because my friends did and got my nails done twice. Both times were for acrylic nails and they were good enough, affordable experiences.
I decided that I wanted to get my nails done again, so I booked a 3:45pm appointment today even though I now live in a different city over an hour away by

First time I came here I didn't like the way my nails were done. Then I gave it another chance and they were good. Started going regularly and enjoyed the affordability and certain nail techs. Today I found out sadly that I won't be returning ever. I think it may be the owner that the other reviews here are talking about. She changed her prices on… me and charged me way more as I know from what I've paid in the past. I wish I could give a 0 to the owner here. She is absolutely rude! She doesn't know anything about customer service and treats people like garbage. She refused me to come into her shop and get services done. I come all the way from Langley to only see the nail tech Tina. I don't see anyone else. Yesterday I had my color picked and she started on me… right away. What else can you ask for?! Tina always did an accent nail with sparkle (full nail) and I would never get charged extra. Then yesterday I got a little bit sparkle called "a fade " which uses less product. I got charged $5 for that
