This is a very clean establishment. They have 8 Large Luxurious leather chairs-very comfortable. They expand or contract depending on your size--Great for a large tall man. It is a very pleasant atmosphere with great staff and music. I had a pedicure and it was $35.00 instead of the normal $30.00 at other spas. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. The technician Helen was very talented. I received exceptional service. They did more than other spas and the pedicure was well worth it. I highly recommend this spa. With the large staff, they can accommodate last minute appointments.

This was a great experience! The customer service was excellent and attentive. My nails looked amazing, I got an ombré set and they looked so good! They also took me last minute. Very friendly and accommodating. I will be back!

I have been getting my nails done for about 25 years at various locations in Lower Mainland. Today, I had the worst customer service experience at Sunshine Nails. This is not a place you should go for a relaxing pedicure experience - expect a rushed, factory line production. They did my nails at the seat while doing pedicure to get me in and out. I was rushed to pick nail colour while they were grabbing my hands so I couldn't even hold the palette of options. The lady doing my nails was aggressive and snapped at me twice - she was agitated because my hand moved while the lady doing my pedicure

Yesterday, Nov 18, after having THE WORST experience at "ENCHANTED" nails whatever, I called this Salon, and they booked me in, I went to this salon, got my nails done, exactly what I wanted. Salon was clean, great customer service and Tech was very friendly and very good at what she does. Would recommend this place.

I’m their very regular customer but never has this experience before. Just got the underarms and full arms waxing from their Manager Kim. I told her you need to stretch my skin little but no she didn’t at all and literally my skin came off. Later I asked are you charging for full service she said yes. I asked her if it gets serious or I’ll have to see the doctor. Then she gave me 10% off which really didn’t make huge difference. Definitely not coming back again.

I've been going to Sunshine Nail Spa for a couple of years now and their service is just unbeatable. Lee is simply the best! I showed her a photo and she spent 10-15 mins mixing and trying colors with me to get the exact color I wanted. I've also never had a nail tech do powder nails so cleanly. They treat you like you are family and always accommodate even during last minute appointments. Highly recommend!

I booked a simultaneous pedicure and acrylic nails with ombre finish, as I was pressed for time. I was told that would not be a problem. When I got there, my pedicure was completed before they started my hands (which added an extra hour). During the manicure, I specified at least 6 times, that I wanted an ombre finish. I even showed a picture. The manicurist kept saying yes and then proceeded to give something totally different. Even when I told her she was not doing the look I wanted, she said yes and said she was doing what I wanted. I walked out with acrylic nails in a dark clay colour - flashback

Always a pleasure going to Sunshine! The staff truly makes you feel like your a part of their family. I'm always greeted with a big smile and so much laughter. I've been going to this salon for years and I continue to keep coming back because of their consistency.
I've also brought some friends and family here and everyone has had a positive experience.
They also offer a loyalty stamp card as well, which isn't offered at many salons anymore.
They also have many different talented nail techs to choose from.
Tina and Helen are my go to!

I just got my first pedicure and at this place and it feels so good and relaxing they give you full food massage and the chair is also have massager it feels like mini spa, staff are friendly the only reason i gave 4 star is when she used the hot stone to my leg it feels like she burn my skin a little but otherwise it's worth it.

They DESTROYED my nails!!! See pictures below - thumb nail was bleeding after shellac ripped off and you can see all the ridges and grooves they left. Just threw on some polish. How did this happen? I went to them for a cheap shellac polish that lifted on the sides and bottom after a day or so and ripped off my nail underneath about a week or two later. Once they filed and used chemicals to get the rest off - my nails were so thin or what was left of them, you could peel them off and its been painful. I tried to explain to the owner this has never happened and she was super rude and refused to

DO NOT GO HERE! Their prices are average yet their work ethic and quality is trash. The workers aren't friendly or welcoming at all. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment at 3:15 for a new acrylic set. I called beforehand and they said it would work. I got there earlier around 3 and I still had to wait over an hour until around 4:20. The lady sat me down and I noticed while she gave me the colours to pick from, she opened a pill bottle and had a couple while she was sitting right in front of me. She was so aggressive and kept yanking my hand instead of asking me to adjust

I called the salon at 6:45pm (they close at 7pm I believe) and asked if they could squeeze me in for a color change for my acrylics. They said they could, and when I got there they were finishing up on their last few clients before closing. My nail artist Lee noticed my acrylics (which I had gotten done in Seattle) were lifting and needed to be refilled in order to prevent more of the water damage that had happened to the nail below. Lee asked me if it was ok if she continued her conversations in Vietnamese with the other employees while she was doing my nails, which was so courteous of her. We

This is my new favourite nail salon. Everyone was super friendly, the salon was clean, everyone was very professional and the best part is the work that they did on my pedicure and my full set of nails was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this nail salon anyone and I will definitely be back. I went in just to give myself a treat for my birthday and when they found out it was my birthday they were super sweet. The work that they did was better than I've seen from many salons.

WARNING DO NOT GO THERE. Worst eye brow wax, so uneven and she was trying to wax my eyelids. Wax was waaaay to hot for any area of the skin. To top off the horrible experience she cut wax strips on my chest and picked them off then also got a HUGE chunk of wax in my hair. Oh and they still charged me. Do not come here. They should not be in business.

I've come here a few times for pedicures with my Mom (it's close to her place), and most recently a shellac mani & shellac pedi. I have to say, I will probably not come back at least for a manicure. The shellac polish started lifting around the edges of all my nails 2 days afterwards. I am not super impressed, as I paid over $80 for mani/pedi and I live in Vancouver, so not easy to pop back in to get them fixed. My pedicure is fine, my feet look and feel wonderful. I added the paraffin treatment, which is fabulous! Prices are no bargain by any means. The ladies are pleasant. Mixed

Do NOT go here. I told them 5 times to not cut the sides of my toe nails and they ignored me each time and cut them so deep that I got three Ingrowns which then became infected. No matter how many times you explain to the staff what you want done and how to go about what you want done they will not listen. I will never be returning to this place.

I have been there 3 times and unfortunately this last time I wasn't too impressed. Not only were a couple of my nails put on crooked but my nail tech didn't understand me when I said I wanted sport length/ short nails. It took another lady to come over and translate. Even then I still wasn't impressed with the results. There are several excellent nail techs however I gather this time I picked the short straw.

I have been here 2-3 times now and each time a different lady did my pedicure, but each time I'm very impressed with how well it's done. The ladies are all extremely sweet, I usually never have to wait either which is a huge bonus. They do a great job of really getting off all the dead skin!

One lady used a credo blade which some people really dislike but I LOVED it. My feet feel like a baby's bottom. Prices are pretty low too and they customer loyalty rewards. I'll likely be coming back here for the days I can't make it to Yaletown for my regular pedi place. :)

I was pleasantly impressed with the service here. I am very picky when it comes to my acrylic nails and only like them a certain way and find many nail salons do a horrible job. I was very hesitant to book an appointment at Sunshine nails but am glad I did. All the ladies are Philipino but can also speak very good English. Kim is who did my nails and I will be going back to see Kim again. I have also heard the are very good at pedicures.

Ended up following Andy because I liked her so much but she ended up passing me off to one of her other nail techs at her tiny little shop in Surrey which I went way out of my way to get to, then the person that she passed me off to did a horrible job of my nails and did the weirdest nail art ever. Felt very disappointed and rejected.

I had an amazing experience during my first time here! Not only are the ladies absolutely kind and wonderful, they do an outstanding job as well. They pay excellent attention to detail and take their time in order to ensure that you are satisfied. Remarkably friendly staff! I will surely be visiting this salon often from now on.

People were nice at first... No good nail colours. They hurt my fingers while doing my nails. And didn't do it right. They talked about other clients to me and talking rude about them..
