Grandview Blacktop Services Ltd. has been serving Metro Vancouver since 1969. Originally founded as a blacktop paving company, today our services have expanded to include a variety of residential and commercial offerings from asphalt production to concrete flatworks to civil site preparation. We proudly offer contracting services for areas as diverse as parking lots, sports surfaces, as well as municipal roads and highways.
Grandview Blacktop maintains a policy whereby our work is carried out in a manner that minimizes the direct impact to the environment. Site assessments are carried out to identify potential environmental risks and Environmental Protection Plans are developed and implemented. The EPPs outline strategies and policies for sound work practice and are designed to eliminate undesirable environmental risks.
Grandview Blacktop believes that the best value for the customer includes sustainable practices. Our approach is therefore to protect and maintain the environment we live and work in. That is why we promote recycling and reuse concrete and asphalt waste generated from infrastructure upgrade work.

I’ve called this contractor a few times over the years, to get some work quoted and done. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t want to talk to you. “Just tell us what you want in an email.” They’re dodgey! I don’t even understand how a company can function like that, let alone, please customers. Imagine if you had a problem with their work!

Grandview Blacktop crew came to pave the street today next to my house. I had the car half way on my driveway and half way on the old road that didn't need paving, well out of their way to pave. We've had no prior notice that they're coming today. I just needed a few more minutes to finish putting the tire on the trailer so I could move it but they wouldn’t wait or start on the other side of the road. In fact, they purposely over sprayed my car with the tar and laughed. I called the manager (Nick) and asked him to send someone to clean it up while it’s fresh. He said he will investigate it
