We'll make every effort to contact you prior to the Grade Crew's arrival so that you can ensure that the site and site access are of obstructions and vehicles etc. Our estimator will usually arrive just before the grade crew, drawings in hand, to make sure things go smoothly.

We highly recommend Topwest Asphalt. We had our driveway re-asphalted and also had an aggregate pathway redone. It was a large project, so it was important for us to use a reputable company. From the quoting process right through to completion, they were highly professional, respectful of our property, and attentive to our many questions. Much consideration was given to all aspects of the work. We are extremely happy with the final product and would definitely recommend Topwest.

The company came to do their initial leveling and gravel packing on a Friday afternoon. As the bulldozer was leaving, they broke the cap on the city sewer drain --- and they left without saying anything - and the sewer drain filled with gravel. They neatly set the broken piece back in the hole. Saturday the sewer started backing up in the basement. The plumber came as soon as he was called; which was now dark outside. He couldn't find the problem and left his shop vac to help with the continually flowing sewer. Meanwhile, DON'T USE THE PLUMBING. The sewer continued to run 18 hours.
