I ordered a skin care device to replace one I already had. I was very well aware of how it should operate and it did not operate properly from day one. It took weeks and multiple phone calls and emails to get them to agree to let me return it. I returned and tracked it. One month after it being received by them, and more emails, they are denying they even got it and put the responsibility back on me saying I need to keep checking in with them. We are now three months past the date I purchased this item and they now have the item back as well as still have my money. Its a small thing to provide

I called to get an approximate price for microneedling but they refused to give me an approximate price and asked me to go in for a consultation instead! I tried to explain a few times that I don't want to get hours off of work to go for a consultation if the treatment is more than my budget but they still refused to give me any approximates! Very disappointed. I had purchased a package of laser treatments and had not used all of them. When I called to book, Tina advised that I had none left. Ever since Mary left, this place is not the same. I feel scammed! Very poor customer service from Tina. Do not come here for any treatment. They do not know what they are doing!

I am an avid skin care enthusiast and this store fulfills my needs in getting a great product at a reasonable price. They carry a lot of professional brand that you will see at the dermatologist and sometimes at a lesser price. I have been using this store for many years and will continue to do so. I also love their mini samples that they out i with the purchase - so I can try more products and get down to what actually works for me.

I purchased tons of skin care products from this website, for myself and my family. I’d love to use different brands, from cheap to expensive, this website offers a variety of choices. Their customer service is excellent, picks up my phone call in a timely manner, and very friendly. You won’t have the experience of listening to music for more than 5 minutes, and there is always a real person talking to you rather than a machine. lol. I’ll definitely continue using this website

Condescending and dismissive staff. Went in to buy my usual IS Clinical products and one of the products I needed was out of stock. I asked them to order it in for me and considering I am spending hundreds of dollars per single product at this store, I should get helpful service. The sales person rejected and told me to go buy it myself online in a very dismissive and condescending tone. I have been a consistent customer of theirs and I kept my cool, but they don't deserve the customers they get. Definitely avoid this place and skip getting disrespected if you can!

What a nightmare! I went in to purchase product (they also sell online at eskincarestore) since they didn't have the product in stock they told me it would be available the following week but required payment for all the items immediately. After 5 weeks the order still hadn't arrived when i dropped in as they didn't return my emails or phone calls they had 4 items in but were waiting for the fifth before I could have my order. Just to be clear I'd paid for the items already but I couldn't have the product until all items were in stock. CRAZY.

I've seen Mary twice now for laser genesis on my acne prone skin. I have seen a huge improvement to my scars and skin tone. Mary is such a warm, genuine person which really helps when you are self conscious about your skin. She makes you feel welcome, talks throughout the treatment and has a wealth of knowledge about what products work best for your skin type. I'm already booked in for my 3rd treatment. Highly recommend.
