My elderly mother lives in an up/down duplex. The upstairs tenant was incredibly abusive and nasty! The Police were called many times. 3 previous lower tenants had moved out. Greenaway Realty was new to the situation but, BOY, did they take charge!! They did everything in their power to protect my mother. They were fair and professional in all their dealings with the upstairs tenant, even whilst being verbally assaulted themselves.
I cannot praise them enough! Our entire family hold them in high regard!

Kirsten and Clive went way above and beyond! They were first my property managers and with them I had wonderful service. They kept the tenants very happy. They were professional and dealt with all situations right away and with minimal expense to myself. We had an issue with utilities and right away they spoke with the tenant and they worked with both of us so that in the end we were all happy with the result.
