Brad recently sold a house for me, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Brad made himself available for an initial meeting very quickly, and was able to get the house listed on the market in short order.
Ultimately his intimate knowledge of the Bear Mountain housing market proved invaluable, as the house was sold after one day and one showing with a full-priced offer.
After conditions were removed, Brad was still accessible and helpful throughout the rest of the process
