We offer Strata Management, Rental Property Management and Commercial Property Management services throughout Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Whistler/Squamish, the Okanagan & Shuswap. Our offices are located in Vancouver, Surrey, Whistler and Squamish, with our subsidiary, Pacific Quorum (Okanagan) Properties Inc. having offices located in Kelowna, Penticton, Salmon Arm and Sicamous.
Over the past few years I have noticed that our property manager is probably one of the most organized, knowledgeable, and downright hardwroking property managers we have ever had. No problem or enquiry is too big or small for her to tackle. I hope we can keep her as our property manager for many years to come.

I have been very impressed with my correspondence with Lori Kim. She has been so helpful and addressed my requests in a very timely and efficient manner with great professionalism. Lori’s smart management efforts and knowledge has greatly simplified a situation that could be quite challenging and stressful. Plus, Lori is a great communicator. She took the extra step to ensure I was very clear on what was required on my end in order for things to run smoothly with all parties involved. I am very appreciative of her great service!

My experience with them managing the 9298 novo building was terrible. I sent them lots of occasions that our neighbour was making loud sounds out of the regular time and all I got was irresponsibility. They did not do anything regarding my problem for months and then the building board decided to replace this awful management and strata group with someone else. Totally the worst decision to choose them as a strata.

I have had a terrible experience with Pacific Quorum Properties. I live in a building which managed by them and several units are undergoing renovation and it is extremely loud. During times where people are working from home, they have given out approvals for loud renovation work during business hours without any notice to other tenants of the building who will be impacted.
When I tried to reach out with a noise complaint, I received a rude and unprofessional response with absolutely no consideration for my situation and they simply stated that it is allowed per the bylaws and will go on for

My experience with Pacific Quorum Properties thus far has been extremely negative.
I was rudely awoken yesterday with an email stating I had been sued for failing to pay for a special levy that I had already authorized via cheque. I had called 3 times to rectify this situation with no response from them already. Pacific Quorum wanted a second authorization a year later and did not contact me by email or phone despite this seeming emergency.
Instead of calling or emailing me, Pacific Quorum thought the most appropriate course of action was to launch a law suit and demand that I pay $900 in legal

The worst property management company ever.
I am an immigrant doctor living in one of the house managed by them which has rats, openings, spiders, water leakage and what not is managed by their management. When i saw the property it looked good but then within a week the reality started to be visible.Property managers will never take your calls even though they have emergency number for some emergency in my case it was water leakage in my store room and when i called the the emergency number they said its not emrgency.
Their managers dont care about anything all they do is deducting rent money

Abdoul Said is a real asset to our council, and I know that all owners, and residents of Parkside have benefited from his diligence and work ethics. Abdoul always treats residents in a professional manner, and quickly deals with issues as they arise. We are fortunate to have someone of his dedication looking after our Property Management needs.
Lori Kim is a joy to work with. She handles all our inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Lori seems to be always available to resolve any issues. We have come to count on her as an integral part of keeping Parkside running smoothly.

Worst company ever. As bills were not paid for literally months, our building was so far in arrears with multiple suppliers by the time we switched to another management company in 2020, it was ridiculous. Our first property manager took so long to reply to any calls or emails to anyone in the building, but in spite of months of complaints to supervisors, she remained the property manager for almost a year. She even called me and blasted me for wanting to lodge a complaint. Not sure how my email went to her as it was addressed to her supervisor. We were a brand new building at the time and

In my opinion, over the last two years, our service with Pacific Quorum has been very poor. We have had a revolving door of inexperienced, overloaded property managers who have been unable to provide us with the basic management services outlined in our service agreement.
Our financials have been a complete mess, with bills being paid without our approval and late fees being incurred due to Pacific Quorums inability to pay on time.
A large building improvement project has been delayed by nearly a year due to Pacific Quorum's inability to provide Council with the guidance we needed to successful

Pacific Quorum Manages my apartment building in Kitsilano. They are - without a doubt - the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I am formally asking my Strata to fire them. They NEVER answer their phones, and NEVER return phone calls.
As a courtesy, I wanted to the give the Director of Business, Joanna Alexander, feedback that her managers where AWOL, but SHE also did not return my call.
So...essentially...there is no service. A lazy, incompetent company.

Complaint Description:
I recently purchased a property at the 550 royal ave. Before purchasing, my notary public had asked pacific quorum for estrata. Coleen Ward informed my notary public that there may be a elevator levy and asked to hold $1053.46, as well as move in fee and last months strata from seller. A couple of days later, Coleen Ward informs my notary that the elevator levy did not pass and it was ok to return funds. My notary public asked for confirmation and Coleen sends an email back that its ok to release the funds. After a month or so, I receive a request by strata that I am owing

Why can't this company keep their staff ???
We own a suite in a North Van strata. Pacific Quorum was hired as the new property management company in August 2014. After only eight months later we now have yet another new property manager. This is our 3rd since this company took over.
If you're looking for continuity of service you won't get it here unless the continuity you seek is a lack of continuity.
If your strata has experienced the same problem with this company then post your feedback here too.

Lived in an apartment for 1.5 years that was managed by Pacific Quorum and it was terrible. Eventually, the property finally decided not to renew their contract with them because it just got to be that bad. From my observations and experience, I would not ever recommend them or even consider them.
Your building will be rundown in a few years and standard processes and rules will be ignored. Issues will not be resolved and you will be part of their world where not returning a client's message - EVER - is standard and completely fine. A very clear sign that they are not professionals or even

Company made major error in lease causing us to have to move within days of moving in. PQ never answered calls or emails. PQ acknowledged it was there error and we'd owe nothing on lease. After we moved out they illegally took rent on aug 1st of 2200. It was a weekend and they were unavailable (except to show other properties) till tuesday. Told us tuesday they forgot to take our acct info out of system but it was done now and they'd refund money and it wouldn't happen again. A few days later on friday night they again took money illegally 1100 and 550 which don't even match

I have lived in a Pacific Quorum Property for two years and its fine...as long as you don't need to deal with them. Their receptionist is one of the most incompetent people I have ever encountered, and the property manager scheduled two move-outs at the same time (which left us to fight for the elevator and moving spot.)
When picking up the elevator key on Thursday, the receptionist didn't know how much the key deposit was (though it is was revealed to be a standard $50), and after about 10 minutes, she finally determined that. So I wrote a cheque and confirmed it would not be cashed
