Formerly, as a regional trainer for a large real estate investment company, Robert has taken his years in the real estate industry, and his formal education to provide professional real estate consulting services. Robert's property management experience is well rounded, and covers a broad range of property types including residential, commercial, mixed-commercial, and condominium (strata).
When Ted Carruthers invested a few dollars into a fledgling realty firm some 90 years ago, he set the wheels in motion for a Kelowna business tradition. It was 1902 when Carruthers and W.R. Pooley founded the firm that is now known as Realty World Carruthers & Meikle. Carruthers, a family man who managed a number of orchards in rural Kelowna, was the silent partner in the original Carruthers & Pooley Real Estate.

As a local realtor I deal with many property managers. My experience with them in general has not been great. Recently I had clients purchasing a property where I needed many questions answered. (Like, A LOT!). Rob Zivkovic was outstanding! I was so impressed as most would've simply ignored my emails and questions. He knows his stuff...and any questions I had that were prior to him taking over a building...he found out for me. I am so appreciative of people that respond and are willing to help (so many managers fall short these days). Thanks Rob! I will definitely be recommending you.

Save yourself the headache and choose a different company. Terrible at getting back to my emails in a timely manner. From 1 strata to the next I was told different things in regards to the same issue. Overall unhappy with the whole experience. I will be selling my condo just to not have to deal with this company. 0 star's

Horrible communication ever!!! Strata manager Susanne Paquette never responds to her emails, phone calls, voice mails... This has been going on for two months, after she asked about our unit number, she became unresponsive... probably because they owe us money. Fun fact, her assistant, nor anyone else in this company picks up their phone. I've tried calling other strata managers cause I need a simple explanation about a fee, and nobody picks up. Reception will pick up once if you call them ten times, and will say Susan is in the office but very busy. Therefore, she's two months behind??? So frustrating

We unfortunately have Monique Bolduc as our property manager. She is Absolutely horrible with communication as she seldomly replies to emails and phone calls, unless it's convenient for her. The few encounters we have had with her, she has been very rude, un-professional and condescending. However, the owner of our unit has been the utmost help throughout our time living in the central greens building. We have a great relationship with him, as he's more contactable than our own property manager has ever been. Heck, he does Moniques job better than her. I would not recommend this lady to anyone

We were really worried moving back to the Okanagan with how hard it is to find pet friendly accommodations. Luckily I stumbled across an ad for a beautiful new development in the up-and-coming Harbour Ridge area. I reached out to Mike and Dustin, and they were quick and helpful in getting us approved and a unit secured. We love our new place and our grateful to have to found it!

Our Property Manager at APM was Cal Warren who we had the privilege of working with over the past year. We took possession of our new condo last year in Downtown Kelowna and linked up with Cal right away to find a tenant for our unit. Within days Cal delivered and took over everything from onboarding and vetting of the tenant. Fast forward to today where we have sold our property and Cal ensured that the transition was smooth for both the current tenant and us the owners. I would highly recommend to use Cal for property management in the Kelowna area as he is local and been a resident there for

Denise Russo was super helpful and very friendly to deal with. If I needed anything fixed at the apartment she had quick response times and someone would be over to fix the issue immediately. I also never felt worried to bring something up, she made me feel very comfortable approaching her. The apartment was amazing and I was sad to leave it and her. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a property manager. She is extremely efficient and her customer service goes over and above any expectations.

We recently moved to the area and rented a house through APM. Unfortunately on July 31st our house was broken into through an outside main window. After many emails and calls to our property manager the window still hasn't been fixed. I had to secure it myself as best as I could just so my young family could feel safe at night after having their space violated and their belongings stolen. As per the writing of this review it has been 74 days since the break in. Review update as of 11/16/17, still no resolution after 108 days.
