Gas fireplace was cleaned and repaired. It was done quickly and cleanly. All work was fully explained, the equipment was tested to ensure proper working order and the service man (Helge) cleaned up the work area. Also, he was courteous and pleasant to have in our home. Thank you Helge!

We had an outstanding experience with this company. Our furnace (and AC was also old) and needed replacing in the middle of January. The consultant Gladson Joel was fantastic. No BS. Straight information, professional and helpful. Our decision was made easy.
Then the installers came the next morning when it was -13 outside and installed the furnace and AC. Brock and Brett were outstanding. Brock is very professional in communicating. Friendly, obliging and a very neat and thorough job. We could not be happier.
I don't usually give reviews like this, but it was justified. Well done Abbey!

I was very please with my service. My furnace broke at a very difficult time. I was explained the cost of repairing and offered options to purchase or rent new furnace. Sales rep showed up within the hour and explained in detail my options. I decided to get a new furnace and had it installed the very next morning. The technicians were very thorough and professional. Took the time to ensure no mess on floors in and out of house on a snowy day, and explained that they were replacing existing pipes etc at no extra fee to make sure the furnace was was operating at peak performance and safety. I have to tip my hat to everyone at Abbey Air for making the updating of our home furnace and A/C such an easy and professional experience. From Cathy and her friendly first hello, to Gladson and his informative selling approach to Marcel and Nav showing up on time and taking great pride with the actual install, Abbey Air did a great job of making things happen and providing a strong $$ value. I hired Abbey Air to perform routine maintenance on my heat pump system because of the five-star reviews on Google and Facebook. I guess I should have checked Yelp first, because my experience aligns with the other one-star reviews here.
The technician who showed up spent two hours grumbling about having to do the work, which basically amounted to rinsing our filters. And they're still covered in dust! The tech didn't clean any of the heads or do any serious maintenance, and he still charged my wife full price ($200) for the service.

I had them come out to hook up a Pool heater and was immediately told that I had insufficient gas supply. Fair enough.
The technician told me it was MY responsibility to have it increased and that I should take it up with the person who sold me the Pool Heater. That's right, the HVAC guy I paid to come out and hook up my Heater told me it wasn't his job. It cost me $111 to have that professional consultation.
After a week of back and forth with Union Gas I was told the Abbey Air tech was just too lazy to fill out the form and that neither myself nor the retailer were authorized to do

I called to make an appointment on Sunday. They were booked until Friday. I accepted the earliest appointment. Appointment was confirmed for Friday June 3, 2016 between noon and 2pm. My wife took an unpaid day off work to be there for the technician. I received a call from Abbey Air on Friday at noon asking if they could schedule an appointment for Tuesday.
