We are a family owned business that has served Alberta since 1982. Through the years, we have grown our services from a small, one truck welding outfit into a full service, steel fabrication facility that is capable of delivering to almost any technical requriement. We have been fortunate to have so many great people work with us through the years.
These efficient machines are capable of precision cutting up to 8 of steel your specifications. At Adams Steel Fabricators we see a real opportunity to provide our customers with high quality precision parts for their products. We have 3 High Pressure Flow waterjets with a combined 5 cutting heads that allow us to cut material up to and including 8 thick material.
Our Plasma cutting table is capable of piercing 1.5 plate and is 6' x 20', so we can handle any size you need. If you want parts fast, then we have what you are looking for. Our 260 amp Hypertherm plasma complete with 6' x 20' cutting table allow us to power through parts requests. With the ability to cut up to 1-1/2 material we can cut at rapid speeds for parts that don't require the accuracy of a Waterjet.
We operate a 250 ton Accurpress machine with an automated backstop as well as a x 10' shear. An integral part of our capacities at Adams Steel Fabricators is shearing and forming. We are able to supply our customers and ourselves the ability to bend many different sizes and shapes of materials. We can bend supplied material or cut material and supply your company with packages ready for fabrication.
84" bed with 30" of head space and our turning centre has a 3.5" spindle bore and 32" of swing. We are pleased to announce that Adams Steel Fabricators has acquired the equipment and developed the competency internally to offer machining services to our customers. Our mill is a vertical machining centre with an 84" bed and 30" of head space and our turning centre has a 3.5" spindle bore and 32" of swing.
