SUPERIOR Home Health Care Barrie assists with the set up, cleaning, delivery and pick up of equipment that is provided through the ALS equipment pool. Our working relationship began in 2010 with ALS and we have had the privilege of meeting the most wonderful people afflicted with ALS as well as their supportive families.

I was going through a really hard time and Alayna Kollman from Superior Home Health was so supportive and helpful. She took care of everything. She organized all the paperwork and walked me through each step. She made what could have been an extremely challenging process very simple and accessible. As a result of her thoughtful and compassionate care and the resulting wheelchair, the quality of my life has improved significantly. I am so grateful for all her dedication and care. I highly recommend this company.

OWNER IS CONDESCENDING AND PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE - NOT AT ALL BECOMING OF A "PROFESSIONAL" IN THE HEALTH CARE FIELD!! ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME!!!
I had called here looking for information about a seat that would get me in and out of my vehicle safely (such as a Bruno LV) as well as hand controls (Sure Grip) and the possibility of getting the rear driver… 's door converted into a sliding door (like a minivan) in order to put my wheelchair into my vehicle. Talked to the owner, he pretended to give me his advice as to what a company would say or do in regards to this, he said he didn't work for

This is the first time I've written a testimony for anything. Because Superior Home Health has helped me so much I wanted to write something in support of them. John Tom and his entire staff have always been extremely helpful, supportive and professional. The personal care and service I receive from them has always been exceptional. I give Superior Home Health the highest rating possible . . . . 5 stars!
