Horrible experience with Go. Basically they took my money and never provided follow-up or honored their warrantee. If they can't handle small jobs like this, I would never trust them on a larger project.
I called up Go for a wasp nest removal from behind the soffit on my roof. A technician came to remove a wasp nest, but decided to dust the entrance and pump insecticide into the space instead. He said he would come back in a week to re-treat the area.
I contacted Go via email multiple times and never received any follow up treatment to remove the wasps. Basically once they had my payment

While we found the exterminators to be pleasant and knowledgeable for the most part, particularly Eric and Mark, we had to end our business with this company due to several mistakes they made during inspections. More specifically, we called this company several times and paid over $1400 to them to stop pests from getting in, but despite all these… payments and repeat visits to our home we were still getting pest finding their way inside. We finally decided to call Orkin and when they came they found that the Go Pest inspectors had missed several external openings which explained why pests

Go Pest Control fit me in the day after I called them, explained everything very clearly to me and came back a couple times at my request to check out the situation (I was pretty sure there was a feeding frenzy) and added more poison. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and EFFECTIVE! I would recommend them a thousand times over. Hopefully I never have to call them again, but I will in a heart beat if I need to deal with pests ever again!

I had an issue at my home with pests. First tech who came was amazing work was well done was in my home for a good hour and a half. second visit as it's a two part visits was in my home for 10 minutes the work the first tech did and said second visit will be the same the second guy never did advised me it's not required showed me he wasn't interested in doing what was required I complained they sent him back and again a bad job nothing was really done end result paid 800 and issue was not resolved. I don't recommend them on the experience of second tech if first tech came back

After contacting a couple other companies with no response, I called Go Pest Control. Mark, the area manager, was amazing. After I spoke with him, he suggested booking an inspection and if the raccoons could be coaxed to leave on their own the cost would be significantly lower.
It turned out we needed them removed but compared to what I heard what other companies can charge this was very reasonable.
Mark was great, personable and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Go Pest Control if you require this type of service.
