Within 1 hour of finding a huge wasps nest in my basement ceiling, Edan from Pest Patrol showed up, removed it (it filled a whole bucket), cleaned up, calked any exterior openings and was on his way. A+ service!

Was very pleased with Auday at Pest Patrol Ottawa. Called and within an hour he was able to assess and exterminate the wasp nest. He was very thorough and observant, and took his time to unearth the nest and effectively exterminate the colony. All in all, this was very professional service at a competitive price (after having researched the competition) -- especially with the 3-month guarantee. Called Pest Patrol for a carpenter ant problem. They were able to come the next day and identify the problem very quickly. As it was fairly localized, they performed the extermination at a very reasonable price, quickly and effectively. Will be calling them again for any other pest issues in the future.

I had ants all around my front door and when I took off the frame, there were tons of eggs on the wood 🤢, so I immediately called a bunch of exterminator companies for estimates. Some didn't call back and some just wanted to come and charge for an estimate without discussing. This company was the only one to take time to give me tips and information over the phone before they even come to the door or get paid a penny. The guy I spoke with was super knowledgeable and saved my day. My experience was that they work with integrity and honesty, so yes I would definitely recommend them and hopefully

When I found mouse droppings and wanted an assessment done of my home, another company bailed on showing up three times.
