Driver of a white pick up truck with vars concrete logo on it was speeding on Russell Road at about 7:50 am. overtaking at high speeds. Cuts through a gas station to avoid three cars at a stop sign. Again I wonder why people with company Vehicles do not understand they are driving a giant billboard that represents their company
