Good luck trying to get a hold of Joe. He'll only return calls if you owe him money. It took him MONTHS to do the entire foundation. One of the most unreliable contractors around. The walls were poured crookedly and when I pointed out some of the obvious deficiencies, he simply disappeared, not returning phone calls and not following up. This is not the guy you want doing your foundation.
