Paid $300 for this company to repair a fridge. The $300 extended the life of the appliance for 60 days. I called them upon the appliance 60 days after their “repair” failed and they said they could come look for another service fee. They don’t stand behind their work, there is no warranty. Save yourself the $300 and just buy a new appliance.

I would give this company a zero if I could. The most incompetent and sleezy appliance repair company I’ve ever come across. All they care is collecting their service charge without doing any actual repair. It was the worst experience I have had with any appliance repair shops in Edmonton.
My wife placed a service call for a microwave oven that was running but not heating while I was out of town in December 2021. The repairman came and only used a bowl of water and ran the microwave for a few minutes, and claimed it was a magnetron defect that had to be replaced for $150 plus another service

Excellent service and repair company! the whole process of the repair that I requested for our dryer that wasn't tumbling from this company was great and satisfying. The technician arrived on time and was very helpful. He completed the service on time at a very reasonable price. Also, he provided me with helpful tips regarding the upkeep of my appliance, which I appreciated most. Thank you!

$500 to fix my freezer part of my fridge. 5 months later the freezer stopped working. They did come over and try again, but this time the repair only helped for 3 weeks. I called. I was told that the Warranty was no longer valid as my 6 months were up. The fact that the repair had to be redone, the warranty should have started over. I emailed but no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ulises repaired the appliances in question as well as offered expert advice the proper climate controls in a fridge, how to effectively use a front load washer, he was prompt, courteous, and a definite asset to the company. Their technician came out and was able to fix the dryer on site without any parts. They gave us the option to fully repair the issue with new parts but it didn't make a good financial decision based on the cost of a replacement dryer. The fact that the tech was able to get it running again for now let us have time to make a proper decision. I would use them again!
