I have had Loi and his wife(?) fix our Samsung Duet washing machine twice now. My experiences with them were fantastic. The first time, Loi assessed the machine and gave us a quote for the cost of a replacement part. He came back with a replacement part he had found on a recycled machine and charged us only a fraction of the initial quote.

Got Loi's number from a friend. Texted him 2 weeks ago for a quote to fix a dryer. Gave him the model of the dryer and explained the problem. He texted back within an hour and gave me a quote. Texted him again on August 27th, 2021 and again replied very quickly. He came over the next day and replaced the broken part. Very happy with the service and speed of service.

If there were more than 5 stars I would gladly give them to Accurate Appliance. I spoke to Loi on a Saturday morning about my washing machine not working. He asked about what wasn't working and the model number to ensure they arrived with the correct parts. About an hour later Sam was on my door step. He quickly fixed the problem and $100 later my washing machine was working!! Seriously what a great deal and great service. I actually debated just buying a new washing machined because normally appliance repair is so expensive it's just not worth it. If you need an appliance repaired don't bother

Loi was great, had a Samsung dishwasher leaking water. He was quick to respond, very knowledgeable, identified supply line down and needed replacing. Quick turnaround, very reliable, and great price! I have used Accurate for over 15 years on many appliances in my home, business/rental unit. Excellent service, Loi knows his stuff. I read one review that a person didn't want to pay the $50 house call to assess after they decided the repair cost was not worth it given the age of the appliance. NOT FAIR! Anyone who doesn't want to pay a professional for a house call should be embarrassed. Grow up and behave reasonably online! Small business operators are not the public library.
