DO NOT LOAD FOR THIS COMPANY. Very poor communication. No detention. Booked a load and got stuck for 10 hours. Requested detention and broker disappears...will not respond to emails or phone calls. This has happened multiple times on loads for world wide. Will not haul for this company again!

If I could give them negative stars I would. We did the work for them (very promptly, service call after hours), we billed them, and then had a 120 day delay in getting payment. On top of that, they sent me an email asking for information that has ALREADY BEEN GIVEN TO THEM WEEKS AGO. Then they tell me that because of whatever reason the accounting department didn't get the invoices in a timely matter, I bill same day, I will now have to chase my money down with the trailer owners. The woman-an alleged manager, was horrible and about as unprofessional as you can't possibly imagine.

Worst company ever,they book my truck and we deadhead the truck 600 miles from Chicago to South Dakota ,we miss the appointment due to bad weather and they cancel the load on me without compensating anything for that.

This company is a total scam. They pretend to be a shipping service, but contract out to third parties. Also all of the positive reviews on here are written by their employees, who are treated like hot garbage.
