This was the 1st time I used Mactrans Logistics I needed get a couple pallets to Creston BC from Calgary. I have been playing this game for quite awhile and I thought good customer service was dead in this country until now. I dealt with J Lyndon, from the quick reply's to the follow up and notification on delivery was 2nd to none.

Purchased a dining room table from Rove Concept. Shipped to Toronto from Vancouver presumably with Mactrans Logistics. Everything was fine, until they subcontracted the last leg of the delivery and used BEAVER TRANSPORT. Please cut ties with this shipping vendor. They were a complete nightmare to deal with.
