I had my car cleaned yesterday, the interior package (SUV) for $179.95. I've had my car for 9 years and it was time to treat myself to a professional cleaning. Carpets and upholstery shampooed, everything inside cleaned. They did a top notch job! When I picked it up, it felt like my car was new again. Excellent work! Excellent service!

Sent our car in for a full detailing, and it came out with a ding on the bumper.
I got completely brushed off by David the owner, who treated me in a patronizing way and did not even entertain the possibility that it could have happened there. I have photo evidence that the damage was not there before I brought it in.
If you plan on using Auto Indulgence, make sure you take photos of your car before brining it in.
PS I've never posted negative reviews like this before, but this was just too much.

I made the decision to have my truck detailed at this business. The website looked very good and lead me to believe that this was the place to go. I paid for the "complete package" which was the top of the line detail exterior and interior. Upon return of the truck Andrew called me up after having the truck for a full day and asked if he could have it for over night into the next morning. I could not leave it. He mentioned it would be completed by day end. Two hours later I picked it up and noticed how good the exterior was done. However I noticed areas in the interior that were still dirty and

Booked an appointment time for 9 AM. Advisor wouldn't confirm the exact time when I asked what was available. When I brought the car in they told me it would be until late afternoon until it would be done, when I had an appointment for my tires at 1 PM. There's still dust on the passenger side of the dash, scuff marks, paper towel stuck in the Rearview mirror. They also left the car running, hot air on full blast for over 45 minutes just so it could dry. So not only do I pay for poor service, I pay for them wasting gas in my 2018 Civic that should look like a great car inside and out. Don't waste

Worst service ever!! Only giving one star as the person who buffed out some scratches was the only one who did a good job. Horrible cleaning job. Still dead bugs on windshield and on bottom of side mirrors. Dirt all around each wheel well. The dash looked like it was wiped with a damp rag. Windows filthy. The manager and owner don't care about serving their customers. Nothing is their fault. Goodbye to $200 and I was told by the owner that I "got a deal." Run far from this place and save your money. Go to a reputable business as this place is not!!!!
