I was planning on getting my Ford Focus detailed, because as a construction worker, cement dust and dirt are real struggles. Before I booked my appointment, I watched a guy who claimed to be the manager; rip a strip off a group of construction workers next door, that I've worked with in the past. He lost all my respect as a business owner and I'll take my business elsewhere to someone who respects me and people in my trade. I hope he will weigh his words and act more respectful of others.
