H & S Insulation

I had H&S Insulations came to add insulation to my attic. The two individuals that came were courteous and efficient. CeeJay accommodated our availability constraints, which I appreciated. However, one of our fans was knocked off a mounting in the ceiling during the job, and I needed to spend some time in the freshly "buried" attic to repair it. I received no reply back when I informed them of this. I also didn't hear back about rebate information that I requested - but it looks like that process is quite straightforward. The whole process was professionally done from the initial visit & price quote, through to the actual installation of addition insulation in our attic. The installation team showed up at the agreed time, with their own equipment, set up quickly and proceeded without any problems to complete the job. The two team members were polite and answer any questions that I had. They did a thorough clean up inside the house, although a small bit of material was left outside for me to clean up.
