In my journey as a spiritual Buddhist, I discovered strong connections between the 3 aspects: meditation, tea culture and holistic wellness. Driven by my compassion to change lives, I created my business "I CARE Qi Healing and Tea World" to promote the 3 divine aspects. Chinese monks found tea drinking very much helped them become clear, calm and grounded so they could easily meditate.

The foundation of My Qi healing is based on the daily holistic accumulation of Qi from connecting my body, mind & spirit with nature. I have done many long-term retreats and do intensive Buddhist meditations daily for the last 20 years.

Bought an online voucher for a tea tasting. When I called to make an appointment, the fellow that answered was less than accommodating. I wanted to make an appointment for Saturday afternoon but he said that wasn't possible since it was during business hours (as opposed to ???). He suggested 7-9pm on a weekday night... cause everyone wants to be loaded up on caffeine on a work night. When I told him that I wanted Saturday, he kept insisting on a weekday night. Told him to forget it and that I was going to return my voucher. So much for a first impression
