Savage Auto Body is a member of HARA(Hamilton District Auto Body Repair Association) and C.I.I.A.(Collision Industry Information Assistance), which gives members up to date information on regulations, training and news in the collision industry world. His wife Janice became the secretary. She still is and currently runs the office.

Had Krown application on my vehicles done here last year. I've dealt with other facilities in the past and never had complaints, but this application was noticeably the most thorough. The lady in the front office is super nice. The technician took time to answer my questions and didn't make me feel rushed even though it was a busy day.

Colin was incredible to work with and very friendly and informative. He made sure I was 100% happy with the work before the vehicle was taken into my possession. They paint job is immaculate and you would never know it had been repaired.

I was so embraced even asked if I wished to watch the process. I have been using various Krown facilities for nearly two decades and never have I seen such attention to detail.
A tip they shared with me, was to go thru a car wash that washes the underside of my vehicle. This helps provide a better application. Do this with enough time before your appointment allowing time to dry.

Early September the body-shop brought in my CRV White Honda to be undercoated. They also for free a complimentary special washed waxed and detailing of the interior FOR FREE. It was a complimentary special. They also put tire bright on my wheels all for free! 10 out of 10!!! I highly recommend . I will be back next year - Thanks Warren
