Northdale Auto Body is an independent body shop. As one of Kitchener Waterloo's original auto body shops, we have been in business since 1964 and pride ourselves on the high quality of service and work we provide to each customer that walks through our door. We believe in building strong lasting relationships with each and every one of our customers, focusing on their individual needs and then working to meet them.
Northdale Auto Body offers auto body repair services and repair estimates for all types of vehicle damage. No appointments are necessary and estimates will be provided for you on the spot. For over 50 years we've been offering auto body repair services in Kitchener, Waterloo, and the rest of South Western Ontario.
We work with ALL Insurance Companies and have been providing quality services for many years! Northdale Auto Body subscribes to two estimating systems - Mitchell and Audatex to provide you with quick, accurate estimates. Northdale also has Imaging Appraisal Services to speed up the Insurance approval process.

Cory and Michelle are unbelievable, they show compassion when all hope seems lost.
Not only is there work immaculate the prices are truly unbeatable. they pride themselves on exceptional work and BY GOD do they deliver.
My Tiguan was in bad shape and required extensive repairs. Michelle and Cory took my baby in like it was one of there own.
They explained the damages, showed me what was wrong and what needed repairs. Cory walked me through the entire process.

Amazing work and outstanding service. Even though I did oil spraying on my SUV, since the pandemic and wasn't driving anywhere I thought it didn't matter about getting it oil sprayed. It does! Expensive lesson for me but so grateful for the workmanship Cory and his team did. Thank you Cory for helping me get more life out of my rarely found 5 speed manual transmission SUV.

I had an amazing experience at Northdale Auto Body shop. I dealt with Cory and he was very understanding of my situation and gave me a good price with amazing quality. I was very impressed by the professionalism, work, price, and efficiency. When I picked up my car it looked even better than before the damage. I had to get my entire driver's side door replaced and Cory and his team were fantastic. He refused to cheap out parts (and still managed to quote me less than the insurance company), and my car came out looking and driving great. I also had a few issues with my lights afterwards (unrelated to their work), that they took a look at and fixed free of charge!
On top of all that, I was coming from out of town so my availability was very up in the air, and they were incredibly accommodating (Michelle was so lovely)!
Overall the entire experience was great, highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Corey and his team at Northdale Auto Body. We have used them now on two separate occasions and are blown away at the amazing quality of workmanship. We were explained everything very well and it put our mind at ease. The lady in the office was so nice and friendly to deal with. The color matching was incredible. We picked up our vehicle it was clean and ready to go.

Went in to have some rust spots fixed and got a whole new car back! The estimate was very reasonable and came in bang on. Work completed on time. It shows that they are fussy and take the time to get things right. It was a bonus to discover they deep cleaned the inside of the car too!!!

Excellent and professional service. Not only did they fight for my rights to get the best repair possible(all new parts), but their work is top-notch. A related electrical problem arose a few weeks later and again they dealt with it professionally, cleaned my entire vehicle again, inside and out, and didn’t charge a cent. The whole experience from rental vehicle pickup and drop-off, to insurance interactions (TD Insurance) was amazing. Would definitely go there again.
