Dr. Moran was born and raised in St. Martins, NB and now lives in Fredericton. She joined the Canadian Armed Forces after graduating high school and completed her nursing degree at UNB.
She spent several years in postings around Canada as a flight and operating room nurse before going to Dalhousie University to study dentistry. She graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2009. After graduation, she was posted to CFB Gagetown, where she worked until retiring after 25 years of service.

A beautiful smile makes a great first impression. We have a whole variety of cosmetic enhancements to highlight the natural beauty of your smile. Bonding and contouring are quick and pain-free ways to change the appearance of your teeth. Using special bonding resin and tools, we can build up, cover, or reshape areas of your teeth to remove chips and stains or make them more evenly shaped.
Dental implants are an alternative to a bridge or dentures to replace a missing tooth. Implants are permanent, plus they prevent the bone loss that can occur when you lose a tooth. The implant is a synthetic tooth root that is surgically placed in your jaw. We use the implant to support a replacement for your missing teeth - a crown for a single tooth or an implant supported bridge for multiple teeth.
Dentures come in two types: partial dentures to replace a single tooth or a couple of missing teeth, and full dentures that replace all your upper or lower teeth. Both types of dentures are made from material that looks like your natural gums and teeth and are designed to stay firmly in place so they won't shift in your mouth.
Root canal treatment is how we save a tooth from becoming infected and possibly being lost. Learn more about this misunderstood but necessary procedure. When the enamel of a tooth is damaged, bacteria can get into the inner part of the tooth, called the pulp. The pulp is full of nerves and blood vessels, and it's vulnerable to infection.

Friendly Service, they care about their clients. Having a few dentists in the past, along with specialists, I have seen my share dental work. Along the way I have experienced poor service, and dental work that was also poorly done. I am happy to have found a Dental Practice that really cares about their clients.

I've been a patient for THIRTY YEARS (from back when Dr Jeffrey ran it) and I can wholeheartedly say THIS new practice is the worst. The hours are ridiculous, and when you need to see the dentist for a broken and inflamed tooth, you're told the earliest opening is in two months' time, but yOu Go On A cAnCeLlAtIoN list.

Our family has had dentistry done here for 20 years, and the service is always excellent. They work very hard to ensure patient comfort, and always explain thoroughly the work that is needed/being done. The suites are modern and all of the staff are kind and friendly. Like most people, I never particularly *look forward* to a dental appointment, but this is the next best thing. Highly recommended!
Always friendly, and as great an experience as one could hope for. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Midtown is fantastic!

In the past I have experienced extreme anxiety in a dentist office, to the extend that I have been nauseous & fainted. (I had some negative experiences when I was young)
The staff at Midtown Dentist go above and beyond to help me through my appointments. I find them to be efficient, yet kind and patient during care. They explain procedures, and what to expect, (truthfully) prior to beginning the process, and they always double check to be sure I am ready to proceed.
I highly recommend them, especially for anyone who may experience anxiety about visiting a dentist office.

I haven’t gone to the dentist in 16 years because I was traumatized by my last appointment. I broke my tooth and it was starting to cause me some pain. Midtown Dental got me in immediately and has changed my perspective on the dentist. I’ve had two appointments with them so far and at the end of my second appointment I was completely free of the panic I had first going in. They’re incredible !

Midtown Dental was able to take me as a new patient very fast, and they were so accommodating to my hectic schedule. The office is very clean (which I appreciate above almost all else), the chairs massage you, and TVs on the ceiling distract you from any slightly uncomfortable moments. The staff were amazing too. I almost wish I need to go back for more appointments soon!
