Dr. Spencer Burns first earned his degree as Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University in 2015, where he was awarded ''Summa Cum Laude'' honors and selected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Prior to this, Dr. Burns graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor in Science B.

Our team of well-trained hygienists provides exceptional services for patients in order for them to maintain great long-term oral health. It is important to introduce good oral hygiene methods to children at an early age for them to keep that habit throughout their life.
A filling is used to restore the tooth damaged by decay back to its normal function and shape. Several materials are available for fillings such as: Gold fillings, porcelain, silver amalgam and tooth-colored plastic called composite resin fillings. The location of the filling, the cost and your dentist's recommendation will help determine the best option for you.

Dr. Burns is a compassionate and patient Dentist. He took the time to ensure that I did not feel any sort of nerve pain during my fillings.
I've always had tooth problems, and my Dentist growing up was negligent when it came to considering his patients feelings -- he was very rough, and impersonal. I was a child, so I didn't speak up.
As an adult, it has been such an eye-opener to have a Dentist who was actually concerned about my pain levels. I am encouraged to go back to the dentist each year to get my teeth checked! This wasn't the case for a very long time.
If you have a child that is skittish

Excellent dentist. Dr. Pyke is very competent and kind. I've had great experiences with the dental hygienists as well as other staff. They also engage in Free Dental Day where they provide some dental services to those who cannot afford them. This is a wonderful way to contribute to the community. I would highly recommend them.
