Dr. alexandre kostirko is a pain-free dentist. yes it's true. i would highly recommend him to everyone and especially people who have a fear of the dental office and needles. i had all my teeth removed. never felt any pain whatsoever. next day felt totally normal, no pain pills needed. i wish i had seen him 20 years ago. i'm sure he would have saved my teeth. staff are also great.

I’ve been searching for a good dentist for 20 years, and I’ve finally found one! Dr. Kostirko is amazing.
My past dental work was always shoddy and needed constant fixing. Dr. Kostirko is a perfectionist. He does a great job and really makes sure you are happy with the finished product.
I did a full set of veneers for my teeth, and the job was done perfectly and incredibly quickly.
All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
I strongly recommend Dr. Kostirko and his team to anyone in search of a great dentist.

I have been coming to Bloor West Smiles Dental for almost 10 years. Dr. Kostirko is the most professional Dentist I have ever met! Over period of time, all my dental concerns were addressed so now it became really easy to maintain my dental health year after year. They provided great attention, sincere care, very professional and honest services. They used advanced dental technology to complete comprehensive research of problems and perform the best treatment. The personnel are very warm and friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
I am incredibly grateful for their excellent work. I had many different dental problems caused by a previous dental doctor.
But Dr. Kostirko performed miracles! My teeth are better than ever!

I did teeth cleaning/check up/exam. My experience was disappointing. Olga, the hygienist wanted to do 4 x-rays based on a complaint about sensitive teeth. She did not check my teeth prior to doing x-rays or alert the dentist to determine whether the x-rays were needed which was not cost effective. There was no review of the x-rays nor further feedback about my complaints. I also paid an extra $70 for a comprehensive exam. Again, there was no review. I complained and was reimbursed. I expected feedback. No news is good news is inappropriate.

I have had nothing but many positive experiences at Bloor West Smiles. My teeth were in very bad shape when I first came in with an emergency dental situation, and since then the entire staff have been incredibly accommodating, friendly and non-judgmental, and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during my procedures. I've been going to Dr. Kostirko for about 10 years now. The addition of Dr. Albeer a number of years ago further added strength/service to the Bloor West Smiles team. They run a tight a ship with an incredibly friendly and warming staff. The quality of their work is unmatched - that's why I've been with them for so long. The recent Reno's and implementation of a little more technology when communicating with patients (for appointments et all) makes my dental experience just that much more enjoyable. Great work everyone! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Bloor West Smiles. Dr. Kostirko did an AMAZING job on my my front teeth. I really didn’t want to get braces and he gave me all my options and we worked out a fabulous bonding procedure. I’m thrilled with the outcome. He is patient talented and brilliant. All the staff there are so friendly and accommodating. With so many dentist offices popping up in Bloor West Village this is the one to go to. Thank you everyone at Bloor West Smile I will be back and will spread the word :)
