Glenn and Ron helped me get into a Side Power SE100/185T twin prop bow thruster this past season. As a typical boater in the middle of boating season when my Volvo QL 900 failed, the guys were great at turning this around very quickly. If you are in the market for a new bow thruster go see the boys as you will not be disappointed with the service or this unit as it is far superior to any other thruster I have used in the past.

Ron is arguably among the best marine supply guys this side of Yonge St. Honest, practical, insightful and personable. Most of us seem to follow him to where ever he's working which indicates his credibility and that of the shop where he works. I'm giving them my money again this spring with no apprehension.

Ron and Glen are extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused. I had been in several times purchasing small items. Even then they made sure that I had the right part. When it came to refitting our boat I chose them. I brought in my old running rigging. They looked at it and made several very useful recommendations. This was the same for the new winches and furling i bought. They worked with Harken to come up with the right solution for MY boat. I learned a lot from them. I live in the city but for important purchases it's easily worth the short drive. ( they are right off the 401)
