Very rapid service. Bought green Small Reflector with chain. Ceiling rose quite rough and ready, slightly scratched but the rest of the product is as expected. Looking forward to installing.

Product is ok, but unfortunately there was a confusion with the delivery so it didn't arrive on time to be a gift. Service was good though, they refunded the order when they found the mistake.

What a wonderful company to do business with. My order took only 2 days from ordering to delivery.. Fantastic.. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything inside the box was wrapped in good old fashioned brown paper, even the invoice and instructions are printed on brown paper. Dealing with Urban cottage industries is very easy and a far better experience than the local faceless diy store.. Well done all involved.

I ordered couple of quite pricy light bulbs from Urban Cottage. The package arrived day after the order was placed. Unfortunately one of the bulbs was all broken inside. I phoned them and explained everything. Without one additional question I was offered replacement, which arrived next day!!
Excellent customer service, outstanding, professional approach to the client! Very helpful on the phone!! They don't send you away to their web- they help on the spot!!!

Truly amazing company - high quality products, fast shipping/careful packing and THE best customer service! I ordered a squirrel cage filament bulb that probably had a slightly misaligned core/filament tube resulting in almost unnoticeable trembling of the filaments and when mentioning this to UCI, I got a reply instantly with the offer to post a new one immediately. Great company - I will buy all my filament bulbs here!
