Our lush, green 6.5 acre grounds slope gradually to a natural shoreline and the best fishing in Ontario Canada.
We're located 75 miles east of Toronto and have no black flies. Rates for our facilities are easily the best value on Rice Lake. Cottages include air-conditioning and satellite color television. Tower Manor Lodge is recognized as Rice Lake's oldest tourist establishment. For history buffs there is a rich past associated with our fine facility. Cottages are really dated. No vents over the gas stove, single pane windows as examples. Owners are prompt to grab garbage and recycling in the morning. They have very limited office hours (3 pm to 5pm) and Do not awnser after hours. Pool was decent, boats rental was good. If your looking for a great place on the lake and are very independent then you will enjoy. If you're looking prompt, personal service then look elsewhere.

We've been coming to tower manor for our 2nd year and Really enjoy it and with our dog Bella, Gail The owner and her family are wonderful people. The grounds are beautiful as you can see some pictures I've posted especially entering into tower manor My family and I will definitely return and for 2 weeks 1 week is not enough the Camp grounds are beautiful thank you agsin Gail for you're patronage will be reaching out in the fall.

Positive: Responsiveness, Value
Spent a week here (Aug 21 - 28, 2021) and absolutely loved every minute of it. Park is very clean and beautifully kept. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Everyone is friendly and it was a very relaxing vacation. Chris and I will be back next year for sure. Thanks for everything Gail and family.

My wife and I have just completed our 4th year renting a cottage here. The owners are very friendly and really care. Service here is unchallenged. Each cottage has high end cookware and all the utensils you would need. All cottages are equipped with air conditioning (no one else has it) wifi, satellite tv, and your own BBQ. Bring your own boat or use one of theirs. Very clean small park with in ground pool . The sunsets on Rice Lake are breath taking. Cobourg and Port Hope very close by. You come once and you will awlays come back.

We had an amazing time there, the view was spectacular, the pool was great to have there on a hot day. It was a very peaceful place to be to get away from the crazy busy lifestyle we lead, to forget about the stress. I'm so glad we found this place. It was a piece of heaven. I will be going there all the time now. I recommend it very highly to everyone I know.
The owner Gail (an amazing woman) and family were so receptive and so friendly...We never had any issues while there . The place was extremely clean also when we got there. I will definitely return next year...

My husband and I have just returned from a week away at Tower Manor Lodge - BEST VACATION EVER!!!! The park is very clean and quiet, Gail and her family were very kind and welcoming, and the cottage was well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - all cottages have air conditioning, WIFI, satellite T.V., and a BBQ all included in the cost of the rental, how great is that! We took our own boat and Gail made sure we had the perfect dock spot for the size of our boat - the fish hut was always clean. Everybody at the park was very nice and always willing to lend

Just returned from an incredible week with my family. We rented 2 cottages and pontoon boat. We had 12 people in total. The cottages were clean, well stocked and it great order. It was a hot week and one of the air conditioners stopped working and Warren was there and quickly got it back up and running. Warren and Gail are so friendly and responsive. They truly care and go out of their way to make sure you have a great time.
The 3 kids loved the pool, the pontoon boat, the kayaks and the canoe. They spent their days chasing bugs and eating more s'mores than I though humanly possible.

Stayed June 2018. Rented both a place to stay and a boat. Accommodations were nice and included a deck and grassy lawn. 14' Legend boat and 15 hp motor, in great working order. We used the heated pool, which included lounge chairs and umbrellas, it was very nice. Owners were not only helpful, but friendly as well. Saw many people catching fish right off their docks. Fish cleaning station was clean also.
