I think they are good. They know what they are doing. I had a computer laptop here that was slow and I ended up buying a new one but after giving the old computer to them it works better than the new one now. Don't know what they did but it worked! I also took another friend whose computer screen was broken and she was very satisfied.

I bought a $1000 dollar lap top and cracked the screen in less then 3 months I contacted computation and gave me a fair price to replace the screen in 3 business day. I was honestly prepared to buy a new lap top but the quality of work was excellent and i feel i have a better screen than i had before again for you doubters i am not a bot

These guys are the best! A few weeks ago, I stopped in to ask about purchasing a rebuilt laptop to replace my older Dell that wasn't working too great (spilled some liquid on the keyboard). They set me up with an excellent refurbished HP ProBook (and cloned my files, etc.) that is working like a charm. Cost was $300 all in...can't be beat!

I have been to Computation a few times over the last few years. The latest visit was to have them try to retrieve the data on an external hard drive that by all accounts was empty. They got everything back. Each time I have been there they were friendly, gave good advice, and did exactly what they said they would do. This last time, not only did they get my data back, but then they charged me so little that I gave them a big tip. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants some good old fashioned "get what you paid for" service.

Computation is a great first stop. They offer free diagnosis and if you decide not to have the work done, they never make you feel weird.
Secondly, they are informative and genuinely helpful. I strongly recommend them as a first port of call as they will help you understand the issue and if they can't fix it themselves, will still leave you with advice.

I found out about this place a few months back. They have been really helpful and have great deals on refurbished products. I've been in about 4 times so far and had a good experience. Even when i bought a monitor that I didn't like they allowed me to exchange to take another without any problems. They have good deals on refurbished laptops, monitors desktops and other items. They're prices are very fair as well. I thought it was time I wrote a review.

The first time I stopped in I felt timewarped to a crowded 1980s suburban family basement where a bunch of nerdy computer geeks hung out to tinker and talk shop and who seemed to have no idea if it was night or day. I have been back many times since and each time I admire these guys more. No b.s., no bells or whistles, no upsell, no hype and no pressure; what they bring to the table is competence, knowledge, integrity and insanely fair prices. Look, if you want refined social skills have yourself a tea party. If you want your computer fixed, you can trust these guys.
