Oh my gosh, where do I start? Positives: lovely staff - helpful & kind; great location right across the street from the beach.
Negatives: stinky, airless room; not just dated but beyond filthy. The bed sheets & towels are covered in stains & cigarette burns. The ancient carpet is threadbare, sticky & stained. The shower is just bigger than my husband’s shoulder width, the floor tiles & shower curtain full of mold & mildew.
The walls are so thin that we could hear people coughing & kids screaming from other rooms. Owners: please fix up your establishment & you could make some real money with

Nice enough people, great location to beach and town - BUT no way a 3-star motel worth over $50/night. The rooms don’t smell great, sheets and towels stained, washrooms grubby, very “retro” decor (old & dilapidated).
Will not revisit.

The place was so dusty: the linens were feet smelly and loaded with dust, not to mention full of cigarette burns. The pictures online do not match what you get. There was absolutely no other option for accommodations that night so we suffered that night.

Found “bed bugs” under the bed. I was feeling like sleeping on the ashtray. Homeless people are staying everywhere. Disgusting!!! Cheapest motel in town. Do Not waste your money!!!

Amazing staff, very nice and accommodating. Location is great. It’s right across the lake and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. The rooms were good for there price. Overall we had a really fun time. Would stay again.

We rented the three bedroom suite. Yes three bedrooms and two fold out queen sized cots in the living room. The hotel is not brand new but it does have many things to offer. With the open kitchen/living room space it was very roomy for six adults. The second floor has a great view of the Sylvan lake beach. The courtyard is nice and a good place to have a couple pizzas and knockdown a couple beers. Walking distance to all the restaurants on the strip. In the morning we had a full breakfast and we were on our way.
