Good place to crash for the night when you need to sleep before you hit a ditch

Very rude and impatient woman at the front desk. Not pleasant to deal with. I stayed for 3 nights and was charged an extra $10 on my third night. Apparently the rate for the first 2 nights was for a different room (?) I still can't make sense of it. The rooms are incredibly small with one tiny window. My my window had a truck parked directly in front of it giving me a view of absolutely nothing. Speaking of the rooms, mine had bare plywood on one of the walls, and scratches all over the drywall. There is no drawer to put your clothes, or desk to set up a computer. I would rather sleep in my truck

Didn't even stay there, stop to to see if I could use a restroom as nothing else in town was open. Guy at the front desk wanted to charge me $30 to use a facility, outrageous! Rude

I lived here once a few years ago. The staff are always so friendly. The motel is right next to a gas station with shopping and food not to far away. Innisfail offers the wildlife park and dinoland parks for fun for kids and this motel provides the convenience of being in between both places. I will gladly stay here again if ever given the chance. And yes that is even with the recent tragic events of the motel.

-the rooms were okay, bed not as comfortable but it does the job
-very friendly and helpful staff and for that reason i will come back again.
-booked through expedia, i recommend booking directly as it will be cheaper.
-slightly lower price will be more suitable for this motel
-i would say in a weird way it was comfortable, definitely needs updating.

I live in a metropolitan city and have no expectations when staying in rural Alberta of a turned down bed, and a nice piece of chocolate. This is cow country. You have access to a microwave, (and upon request, a coffee machine), bar fridge, small flat screen tv, free wifi, that is slow like a lot of 3 star hotels because their clients stream..Unlike some of my experiences with 3 stars, I can have a shower in the morning, knowing that I have warm water.

Hello - I stayed here this past weekend #24 :)
I had my 2 kids with me, we all enjoyed the stay.
The staff was great, very polite. The beds were comfortable, the room was warm, shower worked great, TV & cable worked great, fridge & microwave worked great. It has very good access to the highway & to all the stores in the town. I will be going to Innisfail monthly & this is the only place I will stay.
Thanks for the great service :)

I went to front desk and oriental lady was rude with attitude. I asked to see the room, and she was upset but gave me the key and as I entered the room, it smelled smoke, was moldy, fridge & micro dirty. can not even step in bathroom, very dirty. cockroaches running around, just left and walked away. Do not know how Health dept. allow them to stay in business. VERY DIRTY & BAD.
