Made an appointment to view an available 2 bedroom apartment in Fort Saskatchewan. Received a confirmation email the morning of the appointment. Arrived at the apartment 5 minutes early, but no one was there. My boyfriend and I called all the numbers available for the building manager but no one answered our calls. Finally my boyfriend found a number where a property manager from another building answered but of course he couldn't help us with anything.
Tried calling and emailing Mayfield Management Group about this assuming that perhaps the building manager had an emergency come up and was unavailable

We are living at Danton Manor. This company have a good Manager like Rani and she is a very nice person and we are very comfortable here. All the issues fixed immediatly and she always answer the phone calls, messages and emails as soon as possble that's really great. We never see a manager like Rani. She is very soft spoken and explained everything very clearly. few friends living in this building. They are all gave very good compliments about Rani. She is friendly with everyone and professional. They are only in business to get your money and do not value tenants. Run the other way if your building is managed by them. They took the storage lockers belonging to the longterm tenants despite having PROOF OF PURCHASE, and now rent it out to make more money for themselves, not honouring past transactions. What's more, is that they accused us of lying about the purchase immediately and that we were faking the documents as they do not want to honour it or even look into it. They never follow up with any complaints, elevators were always broken, waste area was always disgusting and it was impossible

I am very happy to live at spruce haven building. New manager Rani is very friendly, hard working, and fix the problems as soon as possible. She is a trust worthy person. We are very happy to have a manager like Rani. I saw Christmas decorations in our building. That's really great and it's a great attitude. Maintenance also doing great job. Been here 7 years at Danton Manor. This is the first time any managers have ever done like this. Rani made it more homey. Vishal came in and helped us too. Great team guys and great management. I have attached the pictures.
I have been here going on 7 th year. Rani solved all the problems in timely manner. Hopefully I can stay at more than 7 yeas because of her service , quick response, professionalism, good customer service, very friendly and caring. Awesome and keep it up Rani.

I am the resident in southwood arms. You shouldn’t rent out the suite with all broken appliances, with mouldy bath tub. Even though they replaced the appliances after we moved in, the only thing they did is to apply a new silicone to hide the mould. Also, the emergency operator doesn’t care the alarm from the electrical box, we sometime suffer the alarm all night. There are so many other things, this is the worst management team I ever seen. The rent $ is decent, it’s not super cheap, it shouldn’t be like this. They said to call them to resolve the problem, I called but the reception girl

I like Rani the Site Manager and i am a tenant for 9 years at Danton Manor. Very good place to live, quite, clean and friendly tenants and Manager. Rani service is very good and i we'll like her customer service. Fixing all the problems all the time and very fast. She is very soft spoken and if any problem she jumps into it and fixed properly. She works late evening and i could't. Such a awesome Manager. Always got the great big smile on her face ready to go. She is a great asset for us and the company.

If you see that this company is attached to your condo or apartment RUN! This is the worst run company. They rarely return phone calls and emails. They tend only to communicate by sending you a letter. I was hassled by management for 6 years to replace a tree that was not on my property. I received many letters and attempted to contact them with pictures clearly documenting that this was not on my property as well as phone calls. They planted a tree this summer, sent us a bill months later, and never sent us a letter with their intention of replacing the tree or how much it would cost. I have received

I've been an owner for 11 years now.
I have been waiting just over two years for them to fix one issue.
They had a company come in to my suite to access the laundry room and do some HVAC work for the building. In the process, they moved my washer/dryer and tore the linoleum.
Over the last two years I have been in communication with or been told that the following people were in charge and are able to help me fix this

Avoid renting from this company unless you can afford to loss your damage deposit, even if you leave the place spotless. The non-refundable pet deposit of $250 and the monthly fee seems like a money grab. Most places you rent its a monthly fee or a pet deposit. They also seemed to have raise their rent prices a lot in the past year.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I am on the last month of my second 1 year lease agreement. In my first year, these apartments were great, our previous property manager took pride in these buildings, they were well maintained, clean and we saw regular parking lot maintenance winter and summer. However for my second 1 year term we have acquired a new property manager. (Ramona, Cortez Manor/Terrace Fort Sask) it is actually amazing her incompetence, we are sitting here after the SECOND major snowfall since the beginning of this winter everyone's vehicles are getting stuck and we

Finally my building is being cleaned twice/week, but not after YEARS of no cleaning being done. Graffiti hasn't been removed, so guess that's too much too ask. Newer landlord is terrible & either doesn't talk to you/return calls or texts, or treats you like an idiot. I've been renting a long time, the worst company ever.
To the person responding to reviews: Have u also read the google reviews of this company? & why refer people back to the same office where all the complaints come from to start with? it's the blind leading the blind. My suggestion to tenants

Horrible. I've used Yelp for years but I have never felt compelled to write a review on a company before, and it's the only reason I finally made an account. The first month or so I was there, I noticed that the tub never properly drained so there was always stagnant water in there so the paint was constantly peeling off with rust coming through. At one point early on I had requested someone to come in to repaint and fix the problem, I was not given a notice of what time or even what day someone was to show up, no one told me anything. Absolutely terrible. If you want someone going through and using and destroying your belongings when your not home, or if you want repairs not being made and being charged for ridiculous fees when you move out, this is the place for you. It's dirty, unkempt, and you will NEVER get a single call returned to you if you have a problem. Stay away from these properties.

Horrendous service. My mother owns a condo in Edmonton's west end. I have been trying to get a few answers to a few questions from someone whose name is Mercedes since July 4, 2014. She never responds. I have sent approximately 5 emails asking her to confirm an amount that is payable, provide a copy of the invoice and let me know who to make the cheque payable to. They do not maintain the roadway very well on the property. Stay away from this management company. Oh and I still have received any answers yet.

This is hands down the worst and most unethical homing company in Edmonton. When I moved out they continued to bill me rent for three months. Each month stating it was a mistake and they would clear it right away but taking almost an entire month to solve. After the third time, I went to my bank and cancelled my account. Had to open a new account and transfer everything over so this company would stop stealing from me.

No one in corporate responds to phone calls or e-mails regardless of the issue and getting the person who manages the property to care is probably the hardest job I've ever

What's the deal? How does a stolen car sit unnoticed in one of your managed properties for a month with no one noticing it and calling the police to have it towed? This is despite the presence of signs clearly stating that overnight parking is not allowed unless the vehicle is registered with management, and that any offending vehicles will be towed at owners expense. Are your staff actually doing their jobs at all?

I moved into an apartment as the first tenant in the unit as it was a new building. Within three weeks of moving in, the building's fire sprinkler system broke and flooded many units including the one next to mine. I was evacuated from the building and told to go stay in a hotel or a friend. I had just moved to alberta and didn't know anyone and my credit card was maxed from the move. I had literally nowhere to go. Their answer was pretty much "bummer good luck" and from there it got worse and worse.
