They did a fine job constructing the new condo where I purchased a unit. The drywalling / painting wasn't the best I've ever seen but at the same time it wasn't the worst either.
What I have an issue with was when I purchased a second parking stall a year or two after owning the unit, they failed to pay any of the property tax and then transferred the title to me 8 months after I had paid for the parking stall, and now I have the city demanding money on top of penalties from me... This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. And the only reason I found out the Stall had been transferred

As a first time home buyer, Jamie the sales rep was absolutely amazing making the process easy to understand and helping with any questions or concerns I had. I have been in my condo for one year now and have had very little issues and any issue I had within the first year was dealt with in an efficient manner. Radford was also amazing and super helpful if I had any issues. I loved the workmen and attention to detail in my suite and have had amazing feedback from family and friends. I can occasionally hear my neighbors or people in the hallway however that is expected in an apartment style condo

As a young sales professional, I was very cautious when purchasing my own home. The quantity on the market was over whelming and I almost felt bombarded with making a decision. I purchased a condo from Carrington at the Northshore location for my first home. The entire experience was great from the first time I walked into the sales office. Jamie (the Project Sales Manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She and the legal team went above and beyond to coordinate a move in date that accommodated my busy schedule. The few minor touch ups that have been needed were appropriately addressed through the warranty. I have lived in my condo for a year now and I am very happy with it.

Very difficult to get into contact with anyone in the office. There was a flood in the mechanical room, which could have affected my possession date. I was told their legal team would reach out, it’s been 2 weeks and I have still not heard anything regarding the flood. I have emailed, called, and left voicemails. I have still not received a follow… up regarding the flood. This among numerous other discrepancies stemming from poor communication has made the experience of purchasing my home less than enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience buying my condo! Jamie was absolutely the most wonderful person to deal with. The updates I received while my condo was being built were SO wonderful and kept me in the loop. Everything that Carrington, Jamie or any other person to do with condo was very warm, friendly and most of all professional. I really appreciated being treated like my 1 bedroom condo mattered just as much as the huge suites. I am a very happy buyer!

By and large happy with most of the features in my Carrington Condo. Extremely disappointed with my upgraded appliance package. The stove looks amazing, however, the aqualift cleaning technology is a big, big disappointment.. I’ve tolerated the cleaning method for over two years, but feel Carrington should look into changing the types of… appliances offered. Not sure who to contact, and feel I’d be shunned anyway. I’m beyond frustrated with this stove... I spent ages looking for the “self cleaning” cycle, cannot believe it isn’t included on an upgraded

I purchased an Escape home through Carrington last Summer. As a first time buyer I had lots of concerns, questions, etc. Carrington really stood out for quality, finishing, patience and customer service, Samantha made this process hassle free for me and that helped me a lot. She answered all my questions and kept me in the loop the whole process. She was amazing and I highly recommend dealing with her if you are in the market for a new condo. We purchased a condo in Northshore Condominium - phase 2 and are extremely happy that we did. We did a search of all condos in the Edmonton area and viewed many. Northshore is the best quality, luxury amenities and greatest staff we encountered, well above all others. Bought a unit in Northshore (Phase 2). Jamie McInnis, the sales rep, has been great to deal with. The buying process went very well. Picked our upgrades after looking at a few existing suites. Very professional.
Moved into our unit July 2019. Had a few minor deficiencies, which were dealt with quickly. One major deficiency still outstanding,… but probably have to wait until spring to address the issue properly.
Have had a number of issues with break-ins and theft. Have had our 2 bicycles stolen from the front bicycle rack. Not sure if this is an issue related to the building security systems

We have been in the Carrington Veritas condo complex since May of 2019 and we love it here. We love the condo.... we love the area... and we would not want to be anywhere else. While it was a big decision to sell our large home, we often comment that we should have done it a few years sooner.
