This was the company used to move my sons vehicle after he died in a car accident. When his wife was trying to get his belongings out of the vehicle the lady answering the phone was extremely rude and unkind. Here is a young family who just lost there husband/father and this women did everything in her power to make the individuals phoning even more sad and uncomfortable. Do not use if you are grieving!!

I called two days in advance to ask if it was possible to unload my cargo trailer from a flat bed and leave it in their yard for pick-up. Lady said sure no problem and that they would like to know at what time would the flat bed be at their shop so she can make sure there’s a truck available on site. On the morning of, I was heading downtown and I came across the flat bed heading west with my trailer still on it. So I called and asked what was going on and she said that all trucks were gone on calls and that the flatbed driver could not wait for a few hours. Now my trailer ended up 2 hours away

I can't write enough good about this company. My wife and I were at the beginning of a 2 month road trip across Canada when we were run off the road just east of Medicine Hat, AB by a tractor trailer. Our travel trailer was destroyed and our p/u truck was not drivable. Jen was able to send one of her trucks out to the crash site 2 days later after the weather subsided and brought both rigs back to her yard. Her crew enabled us to load up the personal items from both rigs into a rental truck and drive back to our home in the States. Jen was very empathetic to our plight and was willing to

Amazing service! I ran out of gas right outside of medicine hat, I called for a gas service run unforchunitly all the main fleets where out helping other customers, but the office ladie (never got her name) was kind enough to come bring me gas and made sure I made it the closest gas station safely!
