Can't say enough good about this company! My mom has been having nothing but issues trying to get her vehicle to a mechanic. It won't start and has been sitting for two weeks waiting for other tow companies. I sent her Nathan's info yesterday, she called him this morning, and the vehicle is now at her mechanics. Less than an hour later. Definitely keeping this company in my contacts for any future use needed!!

Nathan is a great gentlemen who gave us courteous, prompt service on New Years Day!!! He waved the usual holiday fee saving us upwards of $40. Thank you kindly Nathan! You literally saved us. I hope I never have to use your services again, but wouldn't be the worst if we did 😁.

After calling other towing companies in the town and all of them refused to come. But Nathan agreed to come and helped me in the extreme cold weather and towed my car. I would definitely recommend Nathan's towing.

We live in Ontario, our son is working out in Medicine Hat and was on his way to get his snow tires on at Costco, a snow storm came through that quickly turned to ice and he could not get up the hill and was close to missing his appointment, I had called a few tow companies but they had Christmas parties to get to and couldn’t help us out 🤣 I came across Nathan’s Towing and they were able to get our son the help he needed and he made his appointment on time. Thanks again guys great job well done!! 👏 👏 👏

Lost all electrical and truck shut down 50km SW of Medicine Hat at -20c Monday morning. Called Nathan - he rescheduled another tow to come and get me and get my truck into a dealership for repair. Awesome guy, great service. Will recommend Nathans Towing anytime. PS You were right, it was the alternator.

Big shout out, I have had some sticky situations this last year and each time I have dealt with Nathan. Awesome , awesome, awesome. Today he really saved me I had to be at church in under a half hour pulled into circle K to dispose of garbage and grab a water and I realized my keys were in my car. I let Nathan know what my dilemma was and… everything I owned was in my car. He was there for me unlocked and I was at my destination with 5 minutes to spare. Super friendly , super understanding and definitely will call again. Also got a fridge magnet 😊

Only tow truck who would come assist a couple guys who hit a deer at 550 in the morning, out in the middle of nowhere 40 mile. Plus, he hands out fridge magnet. 5 ⭐️

I am very impressed! I made the call at 5:10pm and they were there within the 20 mins they quoted. Within mins my truck was loaded and secure, and we were on our way to meet the driver at the dealership to unload. My truck and myself were treated with respect, and I felt like I mattered. I dont want to make a habit of calling a tow truck (LOL), but if I ever do need one again, I will be using Nathan's Towing! Highly Recommend!
