Our Proven ASHL rules keep our leagues safe and fun for everyone. The current rules issued by Hockey Canada (Canadian ASHL locations) and USA Hockey (USA-based ASHL locations) provides the foundation for game rules in the ASHL. In addition to these rules, the ASHL Rule Book provides a supplemental suite of rules, stipulations, and considerations that govern gameplay in ASHL leagues, tournaments, and national championships.

With our ASHL Season on hold, old rivalries will become new again with the launch of ASHL Esports. We're adding a new interactive component to the ASHL experience with an the ASHL National CHELenge, presented by Molson. All tournament games will be completed using the Private Match feature within the EASHL game mode.
