GDR Structural Engineer

We offer structural engineering design and drafting services for a wide variety of building and construction types. We have extensive design experience using engineered wood, structural steel, reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry to Canadian and local building codes and maintain current versions of software including RISA, Forte, AutoCad and Office 365.

Our residential services include structural inspection and assessment of existing homes, and structural design and drafting for additions, renovations and new construction of custom homes and cottages. We have extensive design experience for the removal of load bearing walls, beams and posts to create open concept floor plans in existing homes.
