One of Giants Head Realty's clients found a very old Pruden Realty sign on their property which piqued their interest. The Summerland Museum confirrmed the history of Giants Head Realty from Pruden Realty and many years before and here's the story. The above picture is taken from atop Giant's Head Mountain.
Tom has lived in the south Okanagan since 1995, splitting his time between Penticton and Summerland. Tom now calls Summerland home, and can be found. Andrea and husband Tony discovered and fell in love with Summerland in 1979. They bought an orchard overlooking Okanagan Lake where they have raised their family and still reside today.
Summerland is the perfect setting of natural beauty and small town warmth. I am proud of our "Old English" towne centre and invite you to explore our many treasures. I have been in Real Estate since 1993 and have extensive knowledge of all the nooks and crannies hidden in our beautiful valley. Our daughters grew up here, giving me first hand experience of family activities and of our fantastic schools.

The above picture is taken from atop Giant's Head Mountain. This local landmark can be seen from just about everywhere as it risies 400m (1300') above the centre of town. Named for the face-like profile carved into it by glaciers, the summit of Giant's Head Mountain is accessible by a switchback road.

Small, hometown values are what Giants Head Realty are all about. We have worked with Andrea and her team for both buying and selling homes in Summerland and their friendly service are second to none. We'll be downsizing again soon and they'll be the first one we'll call to list our home and find us a new one!
