This realtor would have potentially cost me alot of money. He came into my home (while asking if he could leave his shoes on during COVID) picking apart every thing wrong with my home and not seeing the value in a home I saved and bought on my own with my hard earned money. I saw the value in this place 10 months ago when I purchased the home for 293,000. It is a row house that is freehold, so no strata fees or strata rules. Lucky for me my fiance could see he could care less about listing my little house that I adore and took great care of. In the end, thank God we didn't choose him. Instead,

While I did not list a home with this person, my landlords did.
During a global pandemic, I would assume that one would take the absolute best precautions for a tenanted suite that is expecting a baby in a week and has small children in the home.
The Covid-19 protocols put in place, were put in place for a reason.
Saying whatever you think the tenant wants to hear while seemingly taking it all as a formality is clearly what has transpired.
It is the listing realtors duty to ensure the showings follow the rules set in place by the government health agencies.
