We are now offering $8 Local Victoria Delivery - Langford to Sidney - and free delivery on orders $100+. We deliver twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays (Langford deliveries on Thursdays only.) We also offer a shipping option of $18 anywhere across Canada, though we do limit puzzles to 2 per order. Or, pick up from our Fort St location 9:30-6pm Monday-Saturday and 11-5pm Sunday!

Named after the owners' two kitties (yes, Oscar and Libby are cats), Oscar & Libby's aims to bring a bit of happiness to Downtown Victoria! After opening the Fort Street location in 2005, Oscar & Libby's jumped at the opportunity to bring its bright and quirky character into historic Market Square in 2008.
Our Fort Street store is centrally located downtown, so why not stop by on your coffee break or on your way to lunch? We are spoiled for lunch options in the neighbourhood! We are always available to help pick out a greeting card or a gift, and we can gift wrap for you too! You can also find us off of Victoria's main shopping street, in historic Market Square!
Need to exchange or refund something you bought at one of our stores? No problem! Refunds & exchanges can be done at either of our stores, within two weeks of purchase with original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in original & unopened packaging. Fashion accessories must have their tags. All sale or discounted merchandise is a final sale!

I always have issues sending gifts to my people in Victoria. Amazon is disastrous if you need to get a gift for someone's birthday and try to figure out how to get the pkg to arrive on time. Problem no more! The people at Oscar & Libbys make online shopping a breeze and even better, they deliver locally. My nephew got his bday gift and I am his favorite funcle. Loved this shop.... went to the one by little China town square area.... the two ladies inside were so lovely and super friendly and helpful... if your looking for a unique gift... you must stop in here. I did go to their other location, but the lady behind the counter wasn't very friendly, so we quickly left. We will go back to their other location when we come back to the island

Spacious boutique style novelty item and knickknack shop at the mouth of Victoria's Market Square with lots of unique items including socks, salt and pepper shakers, all occasions of cards (birthday, thank you, humor), key chains, thermoses, buttons, oven mitts, hot sauces, tarot cards and trinkets to name a few.
Great place for a fun gift or a unique collectible for yourself or someone in your life. The shop keeper was really warm and friendly. The weather was a bit bizarre and windy... so I dont think much foot traffic was about when we cruised through... but hope to stop in again very

Love! I'd give this cutie-ootie shop five stars, but I'm removing a star because it's kind of spendy. I found ample things to love, but because of the prices, I had a hard time justifying purchases. And when it comes to non-neccessity items like Yeti earmuffs (which, yes, I did buy) justifying the purchase is kind of an important factor.
