Lambton Rural Child Care offers a choice of licensed child care options - conveniently located within Sarnia-Lambton and Chatham-Kent areas.
Lambton Rural Child Care is a licensed agency that contracts you to provide child care in your home. We welcome applicants who are Registered Early Childhood Educators, but it isn't a requirement. However, we do require that you have experience working with children.
Lambton Rural Child Care's trained staff will ensure you are aware of the required Ministry of Education legislation set out in the Child Care and Early Years Act and the policies and procedures in the Lambton Rural Child Care manual.The support network offered by LRCC will assist you with this exciting adventure into the field of Home Child Care.

Home Child Care Providers contracted through Lambton rural Child Care to provide home-based child care programs must follow all of the regulations contained within Ontario's Child Care and Early Years Act. These provisions cover such areas as health and safety, program quality, nutrition, and police reference checks.
Our licensed centre-based child care centres offer care for infants and toddlers, pre-school and school-aged children. LRCC's centre-based program builds upon the child's interests. Environments are a planned and thoughtful approach to learning where children discover about themselves and the world around them through investigation and exploration.
